Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes on average. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume. baim77 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the Player's own verified name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Account withdrawal portal and may vary by Account tier.
Players warrant that all funds deposited on baim77 originate from legitimate personal sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. baim77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above specified thresholds and to suspend withdrawals pending review where unusual deposit patterns are observed.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Account Balance is held in escrow and will be released to the Player's verified payment method if the investigation concludes without finding a breach of these Terms. baim77 aims to complete standard investigations within 10 business days.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting baim77 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
